Privacy Policy
What we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and how to make us delete it.

⚠️ Draft — this document has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It sets out the sections a UAE property brokerage needs to cover, in plain language, so counsel has something to edit rather than a blank page. Do not publish it as-is.
01What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, subscribe to the market notes, or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you give us: name, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about what you are looking for.
We also collect basic technical data automatically — the pages you visited, the approximate region your request came from, and the browser you used. This is aggregate traffic data, not a profile of you.
If a transaction proceeds, we will additionally need the identity and proof-of-funds documents that UAE law requires of a licensed brokerage. Those are held separately from anything on this website.
02What we do with it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, to send you listings that match what you asked for, and — only if you opted in — to send the monthly market note. That is the whole list.
We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to a developer or a third party without telling you first and getting your agreement.
03How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted after twenty-four months. Transaction records are kept for the period UAE regulation requires of a licensed brokerage, and no longer.
04Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it within thirty days. Unsubscribing from the market note takes one click and needs no email.
